This isn’t legal, it wouldn’t stand in court, wrongful termination, if she communicated her schoolings, like exams and classes, you can’t schedule someone for work over their education hours.

My boss refused to give me the day off to pick up my gcse results but had given all the other girls the day off. When I refused to come in that day she told everyone I’d done really badly and was upset and that’s why I took the day off!!! I passed 11 GCSEs with grades A*~C!!

My manager when I was a cleaner, said I should have gone in to do the morning shift before my grandad's funeral. I had to be at my aunt's house super early and my manager had the audacity to ring about an hour after the funeral, asking if I was gonna be able to go in in the afternoon
