We SHOULD blame the companies. They’re getting flooded with applications bc they fired ppl to replace them with ai. Now they’re using ai for the hiring process with a 98% rejection rate

my favorite is applying for a job and hearing absolutely NOTHING for weeks, no email, no reference checks, then suddenly the application portal says "no longer considered" and they don't even send you an email saying why or that they even reviewed your application
