@iamstaciewithcroh: This is my tummy most days. Bloated and moving around like an alien is inside me. The pain this causes is off the scale! The noises are coming from my bowel just as an FYI, I am not letting one rip - I darent 😳🙈 This happens at any point of the day and night. The “moving around like an alien” is usually bowel spasms. Buscopan which is usually for IBS can help but I’d check with your gastro team before taking anything.

I get this too , but after having Crohn’s for 37 years I just laugh uncontrollably, especially if at work and just hope I’m not going to shart 😜😬.

try focused breathing exercises targeting your stomach, it really helps me when this happens
