The Private Selction fresh-roasted chicken is perfectly seasoned and juicy, and such a great shortcut.   Shred it up, toss it with a bunch of veg and a yummy dressing and you’ve got a SERIOUSLY amazing salad.    Here’s how to make it!   Salad: o   1 Private Selection® Lemon Herb Whole Roasted Chicken o   8oz rice noodles, soaked per package instructions o   1-2 cups Kroger® Angel Hair Coleslaw Shredded Cabbage o   1 cup Simple Truth Organic® Shredded Carrots o   6 Simple Truth Organic® Mini Sweet Peppers o   3-4 Private Selection® Seedless Mini Cucumbers, sliced o   2 cups fresh herbs - combo of mint, basil, cilantro and green onions o   3/4 cup Kroger® Roasted Peanuts, crushed   Dressing:  o   2 tablespoons Kroger® Seasoned Rice Vinegar o   2 teaspoons Thai seasoning paste o   1/4 cup fish sauce o   1/3 cup Private Selection™ Avocado Oil o   zest of a lime o   1/4 cup lime juice o   3 tablespoons Kroger® Light Brown Sugar o   pinch of Simple Truth Organic® Crushed Red Pepper flakes   Shred the chicken and pop it back in the bag. Soak the rice noodles per the package. Add the noodles, veggies, herbs and peanuts to the bag. Shake together the dressing.
