Have you tried changing the boot order? Do you still have a USB plugged in?

Maybe re-image it if you don’t mind losing what’s on it. Search for a windows 11 download and transfer it to a usb drive, boot up the pc and press escape until the bios opens up. Find Boot Menu and boot from your usb. It should let you setup the computer like it’s new. Make sure it’s connected to the internet so it can download any updates

Its best for you to place a SSD instead of HDD then have a windows boot usb to restart everything make sure the you know your backup key

You need to reboot through the Hard drive fresh factory reset installation it could take up to 3 hrs though

try doing manage-bde -off C: in command prompt to disable bit locker temporarily

Dude. Go on command Promt type: notepad then a white screen shoulde pop up click on file> open>this PC then search for your Bitlocker Key that is saved auto if you have secure boot on
