im 39 ive known for a while, i had a brief encounter at 18 with the most beautiful girl, im no longer in my marriage because of DA, but still feel very guilty especially cos i have kids and i spent 19yrs with him, i owe him nothing especially after how i was treated in the marriage,but still feel guilty, i just dont know where to start with it all 😳

totally been there. was married twice to men but always wanted a woman to love me. nearly broke me but I finally got my wish and I've been with my girl for nearly 3 years. Hardest but best thing I ever did after 24 years of marriage. The mummy guilt is the absolute worst!!! 5 years on and my grown sons are my biggest supporters, but I still struggle with what I put them through.

Made the choice to be me 7 years ago. Was married with two kids. Still feel guilt a lot of the time, even though my kids are happy and I’m happy. It’s a tough decision that not everyone is able to make, just know that you’re not alone out there ❤️
