Thank you, this was really nice to hear. I'm Persian-American, born in America, and though I've never been to Iran because of the regime, my blood, bones, culture, and daily life is Persian first and American 2nd in most ways. My twin sister and I had experienced a lot of 'small racism' when we were growing up in school surrounded by white Americans who didn't see us as American because we weren't white like them, which was always strange to us, but we weren't stupid so we understood everything they felt about us. Anyways, the reason I'm saying this is because seeing people (especially white Americans) support Iranians so much right now is healing my child and teenage self as a 30 year old who only wanted to be welcomed into her own Nationality, while seeing her Ethnicity be understood and appreciated. So thank you again, because you're part of that! 💕💕 P.S Something I like to tell people who may not be aware of it, Iran/Iranian is pronounced "E-Ron"/"E-Ron-yin". Hope that makes sense, haha. 😁
