I have never heard of reflex before. But it sounds like a pretty good side gig if you live in a big city. One thing that I am doing is called Benable and it is pretty simple. I have had a good bit of success with it. It is more of a passive income.

The best side hustle I have ever have is babysitting in the evenings during the week. Often the kids are asleep most of the time and you can make $30 an hour.

Also do studies/surveys! I signed up for many and made a couple hundred here and there occasionally. It was much easier to get good paying ones in the city than from other cities or online surveys. I just thought of those as my fun money.

You can find cheaper apartments in nyc - I’ve lived here since 2009 and my highest rent is currently 2100. You just have to be willing to compromise on location and less amenities
