These fudgy lemon brownies understood the assignment! 🍋🍋 Ingredients: 1½ cups all-purpose flour, 1½ cups granulated sugar, 3/4 tsp salt, 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted (1½ sticks), 3 large eggs, Zest of 2 lemons, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp vanilla extract For the Glaze 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 2–3 tbsp lemon juice, Extra lemon zest for topping Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9x12 inch baking pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl, add sugar, lemon zest and massage with fingers to release all the lemon flavors. Add melted butter and whisk until smooth. Add eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla. Whisk until light and slightly fluffy. Stir in flour and salt just until combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let cool completely. Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth and pourable.
