It's honestly mad how much can change in a few months 🥹 When I started my maternity leave, I was over the moon to be welcoming my little girl... But in the back of my mind there was this constant worry. How were we actually going to make maternity pay work? I was in debt. Trying to make every penny stretch. Counting down the months until I'd have to go back to work. And spending those 2am feeds desperately searching for ways to create a little extra income from home. That's when I came across digital products and Canva. At first, I genuinely didn't think it was something I'd be able to do. But what made it feel possible was realising I could start with ready-made digital products whilst I learnt. I didn't need loads of followers. I didn't need to be techy. And I definitely didn't need to know everything before I started. So I took the leap. One step at a time. By the end of my first month I'd made just under £500 😳 It wasn't that, that changed everything... It was the belief that maybe I didn't have to spend my maternity leave worrying anymore. Fast forward to today... I've now earned over 16,500 from my phone, extended my maternity leave, reduced my working hours and built extra income around my girls.
