@juliettebruner: I think you can definitely see an improvement in my arms and leg muscles. I saw some improvement in my butt, but definitely more improvement when I was doing my steps per day. I was doing 10-15k steps per day at 25 classes. I wasn’t at 50 and 100 classes. I just didn’t have the time to do it. #solidcore #pilates #lagree #Fitness #wellness
