Do you press the tofu before you shred it? Mine never comes out like that no matter how hard I try. Even ultra firm! Send help 😂

I’m such a slow shredder, chopper and slicer. Just a slow cook overall 😩 I think if I could work faster in the kitchen I wouldn’t mind working with more veggies 😭

Is it ok to cover veggies in sauce? Like can I cook veggies in an “unhealthy” way and still get the benefit

I just made this and it’s incredible. The crunchy freshness of the cabbage goes so well with the warmth of the tofu. I will definitely be making this again.

Could you shred the tofu using a food processor?

I’ve got two issues with fibre intake: keeping calories under 2,700 a day, and also doing that + getting the 37g of fiber per day that is recommended for me, and actually fitting it into my stomach. If I too many veggies, I’m going to run out of physical room by getting too full before I’ve hit the fibre or protein needs. And also, it’s a struggle to get enough calories in too, which is fine for weight loss, but doesn’t work for weight management. Feels like an impossible task to hit everything daily unless you find a slop recipe you like and just consume that until you die.
