As someone whos Chinese we get Chinese food in SGV. Thats the “new chinatown”. Theres food from virtually every region of China there.

Yang chow is bomb. Steamed dumplings, slippery shrimp, fried rice, string beans always soo good. They can also make a even spicier sauce for the pros

Yang chow is ok but it’s a tourist trap just becomes a celebrity might eat there like once every couple of months and that’s what they bank on. The food is ok but it’s over priced.
