كنت اخذ فيه 40 دقيقه على نبضات 130 بعد تمرين المقاومه رسم لي الجسم وقسمه لكن قلل جودة تمرين المقاومه وقلة الاوزان وبعد فترة شيكت على نسبة العضل نزل 2كيلو عضل
