except rn they added safety checks for 3 residents, one that's every half hour, one every hour for a different resident, and another resident every 2 hours, PLUS a resident got back from short term rehab and there's catheter care for him AND safety checks...... all for my floor tonight... how lovely... I've barely had time to sit down. I need to do hw but have 0 time
