I do not understand how they thought this was a good idea.

My daughter is 35. I’ve never taught her not to get into a cop car. Know what she has never done? Gotten into a cop car.

correct me if I'm wrong but she clearly doesn't have criminal intent, therefore it cannot be criminal mischief.

life is beautiful :
for those who wanma know what happenend to her, she got arrested and the consequences were:
Fines: she was ordered to pay court costs and a fine (typically ranging from $100 to $250 for this level of offense).
Probation: She was placed on unsupervised probation, meaning she did not have to report to a probation officer but had to stay out of legal trouble for a set period (usually 1–2 years).
Suspended Jail Time: As is common for first-time offenders in non-violent incidents, she was given a suspended jail sentence (often 30 to 60 days). This means she did not actually serve time in jail after the initial booking, provided she followed the terms of her probation.
University Consequences: Because she was a student at Bowling Green State University (BGSU) at the time, she was also subject to the university's Code of Student Conduct. This typically involves educational workshops, a reflection paper, or university-level probation, separate from the criminal court's ruling.

So let’s look it up and see how much we can get her on. Give me a break. That’s why cops are not trusted. And why doesn’t the original cop know what to charge her on. Ridiculous
