Had this talk with my doc. She sat me down and told me just because you have to take something be able to function doesn’t make you any different from others. The way your brain works, chemically is not something we can change or even the best doctors can. You have to figure out something to make your day to day life easier. I was on lexapro for about 3 years and it don’t work anymore, so Im Changing medication. I was ashamed, I cried for about 45 minutes. But I need it to be able to function everyday.
