Y’all it’s because u need to clear up ur acne first. Because it can irritate and make u break out more. Also, use smaller percentages like 5% instead of starting with 10%.

try good molecules discoloration serum. It cleared my dark spots in a month with consistent use and didn’t break me out. Still looking for a good serum for my oily skin but at least my dark spots are gone !

It’s a very good serum, but it should be used in moderation, meaning you should space out the application days instead of using it every day. It contains 10% niacinamide, which is a relatively high concentration and can be irritating for some people. If you use it too frequently without adjusting it to your skin’s tolerance, it can weaken or irritate your skin barrier. Overall though, it’s still a really good serum.

I broke out the first night I used it and waited few days to put it again no breakouts. I use it twice a week giving rest days in between hope this helps

Niacinamide breaks me out period. I tight it was justthe serum from the ordinary that I was using, but then I tried makeup with it & it broke me out too😢

Everyone’s skin is different. I’ve been using it and haven’t broken out at all, even using it every day. A few pimples here and there but they’ve gone away so it’s not a result of using this.
