CRT was brilliant. It was such a good career. Then the pandemic happened and I was broke for 2 years. Decided I needed to go back to permanent work. I miss crt

I think TRT/CRTs ought to have PDPs too. Not all are as competent as yourself. I’ve recently had reliefs THROW OUT the learning I’ve set. After the kids have completed it. Or- they’ve chosen to play games all day instead of set learning. ☹️☹️☹️
