I agree, but in the long run, it hurts too when you’re always the one staying while they keep pushing you away. Then they only come back when they’re okay again, leaving you hanging. Sometimes, the answer is already clear you can’t control everything, and whatever decision they make, you have to stand by it because in the end, they’re the only one who can truly help themselves.

How do you face the guilt tho? It’s been a constant struggle of mine 😞. I always say na it’s fine if someone takes care of me but at the same time not kasi it should be my responsibility. It’s the reason why I rarely ask for help cause I know they’re dealing with something too 😔
