How do you get decisions on every single item without it slowing you down? Only the client can decide if they want to keep something or not…how do you manage it if they’re reluctant to donate anything despite wanting everything tidy?

the best thing I have done is what you did which is file store my t shirts in a drawer, but I use fabric boxes that have the pp panels inside to help it stand up, so when I change seasons I just take the whole box with clothes in out & store in a 5 drawers tallboy. changing seasons becomes a 5 min thing instead of repacking eveything into bags & then trying to stop bags slipping off & have to find a place for the bags.
