I’m done with this company, I have 5 filters and pay nearly $1k a year in filter replacements and this is my third unit that fails when I change the filter. The unit works perfectly, then I open the top to replace the filter cartridge, then when I reinsert the top the unit will not power up. I don’t want to contact tech support and waste an hour troubleshooting and them tell me the unit is bad and tell me to buy a new one. This is obviously a design defect and it’s well documented online that others have the same issue. They need to send this unit back to R&D and figure out something new. Molekule just isn’t worth my time and money anymore.
