That is just ridiculously ridiculous. WOW! I’m sure that what he ate balanced out with what several others consumed. Don’t advertise yout buffet as “all you can eat” if it’s not actually that. Not good. I’d love to know what restaurant & town this was.

Variety :
No buffet is buffet. OK he eats and he eats that should not have to be a problem. It’s a buffet and he paid his money. If he was wasting the food, I could see where he wasn’t staff stop the buffet nonsense. Don’t be buffet

The customer was just being greedy - I bet he doesn’t normally eat that much. All you can eat doesn’t mean it’s an eating challenge as in How much can you eat. The restaurant was being played. They are a business who are entitled to make some money, just like the customer is entitled to eat until he feels satisfied - not engorged.

As long as he eats what he takes if there is nothing saying how many times you can go back that is a breach of contract on the restaurant and false advertising and by the manager taking the silverware from him is battery
