@gabbybernsteinofficial: Your nervous system responds to sound. In this clip I share a simple humming technique that stimulates the vagus nerve and helps your body shift out of stress and into calm. To watch the full episode go to YouTube and search 'Gabby Bernstein Nervous System'
My vagus nerve needs to be beat like a snare drum.

That's exactly why there's an "Om" in meditation.

I've been humming everyday on my way to work for about 15 minutes. I'm one week in.

It’s insane how close I came to skipping The Lost Mindset Laws by Matt Falkner. This isn’t just another book. It genuinely feels like something that was never meant to reach the public.

Love this! And if you tap each side of your sternum just below the collar bone it works almost instantly! No humming necessary, but you can do both together.

Humming is such an underrated technique. It’s one of the quickest ways to create a sense of internal safety when your mind starts spiralling.

it's a great video but please give credit where it’s due 🥀 This is called 'Bhramari Pranayama' from Yoga. For best results, you close your eyes and gently cover your ears while making the humming sound. It’s great for emotional regulation, focus, reducing anxiety..and dates back more than 2,000 years. Chanting Om has similar benefits.
