@savor.the.journey: This one pot lemon chicken orzo is one of my new favorites thanks to @Revi, and I had this song by @Alex Warren on repeat while I made it ✨ Ingredients - 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs - 1 tbsp olive oil - 1 tsp salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika - 1 yellow onion, chopped - 3 cloves of garlic, minced - 1 cup orzo - Juice of 1 lemon - 2 cups chicken broth - 1/4 cup heavy cream - 1/4 cup grated parmesan - 1 cup spinach Instructions - Coat chicken thighs evenly with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. - Heat oil in a pan and add the chicken thighs, cooking for about 5 minutes on each side then remove from pan. - Add chopped onion and minced garlic and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. - Add 1 cup of orzo and toast for 1 minute. - Pour in lemon juice and chicken broth and let it simmer on low for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. - Add heavy cream, grated parmesan and spinach and mix until spinach is wilted. - Add chicken back to the pan, topping with fresh parsley. - Serve with lemon wedges for squeezing over just before eating. #chicken #Recipe #EasyRecipe #onepotmeals #FoodTok
