Brushing your teeth too much is NOT good it will literally rub away your enamel. Do not over-brush people. That's awful advice. Eat complex carbs, fibre and high protein to avoid having cravings in the first place. Let yourself have nice things in moderation, you don't have to swear off enjoyment to look good and be healthy. The best routine is one that's sustainable for you, not one that makes you miserable.
