I think you should do the dark blue accents with orange throw pillows on the beds. Matching headboards or bed sets. Will help for sure

Any chance of removing the curtain tracks on the ceiling and the wall lights over the bed? Maybe do some sconces? I think that would tone down the nursing home vibe and make decorating easier.

2 matching headboards may fit better. The green gave a warm tone with and not to many patterns in the room. it's giving nursing home with all the colors and patterns. love the carpet choice

Hear me out... If you have Android download Gemini and take photos of the room. Load the images and ask Gemini to help you balance out the decor in the room, it will provide ideas. I did this in every room I have, it has been a great way to design when I get stuck.

maybe make it just a 2 twin room so the headboards match. and paint. that would make so much of a difference on a limited budget. thrift stores for just plain beige blankets. everything looks good.
