Made this today with M&S mini eggs (cheaper than the usual). I think I mixed too many with the stretch and fold as the dye ran off the eggs and made the dough a tad too wet. It didn’t get as bubbly as normal (I get massive bubbles with your recipe). It ended up light and fluffy but not very pretty. Think I won’t include the eggs next time. Only put it on the top. Any advice let me know 💛

Just made this with mini eggs and a bit of Cadbury chocolate folded in and added in lamination! I also added a splash of vanilla to the water mixture. So good!
