You are so much better organized than I was/am. I believed strongly in good lecture notes by longhand because I believed that the tactile stimulation of writing helped to reinforce the concepts you were writing. It is also what I would tell my students when I taught at the university. No data to support my belief, however I did have a good deal of success during my Masters and Doctoral program. I find your discussion’s interesting because I enjoy hearing how English Universities differ from American Universities.
