In 5th grade i won an HUGE reward at my school. I told my mum after school, she said "What's so important about that? You always have to be 1st place anyway.", but the girl that got second place's mum said "You'll always be the winner for me!! You worked a lot, and you surely deserved being on the podium!!". I won only a medal, she won something i could never.

I graduated with honors from high school got pizza hut and dry “congratulations” i got my associates with honors , a restaurant i didn’t pick and another dry “congrats”. Got my bachelors with honors i paid for a trip back to my hometown and barely a “congrats “ it hurts

when I was in my elementary years, i always got an award of with High or Highest Honor. No one attends my awarding because my parents have problems, seeing my classmates bringing their parents and taking a picture of them makes me jealous and lonely. After that i intentionally made my average low so that i won't need to attend a lonely and sad awarding. 😔
