@emijuju: strawberry matcha white chocolate cookies 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, soft 1/2 cup (100g) light brown sugar 1/4 cup (50g) white sugar 1 egg + 1 egg yolk 1 tsp (4g) vanilla extract 1 3/4 cups (210g) ap flour 1 tbsp (6g) matcha powder 1/2 tsp (3g) baking soda 1/2 tsp (3g) salt 3/4 cup (130g) white chocolate chips 1/3 cup freeze dried strawberries *cream together the butter and sugars until smooth. then add in the eggs and vanilla. in another bowl, whisk together the flour, matcha powder, baking soda, and salt. add the dry to the wet and fold to mix being careful not to overmix. fold in the white chocolate chunks/chips and the freeze dried strawberries then chill the dough in the fridge for an hour (I didn’t have enough so I didn’t add them in the video!). bake at 350 for 11-13 min depending on the size. matcha browns fast so keep an eye on it! #matcha #cookie #baking #Recipe
