46 bpm RHR and I’m 62. I had a cardiac arrest in 2023 and diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer in 2025. I was and still am an athlete .. a Tri athlete to be exact. In my 6th round of chemo and still swimming, running, biking and weight lifting. Anything is Possible 💪🏼🙏💜
