I was stopped for a mobile offence. I knew the male officer saw me but couldn't be 100%. I knew the female officer was looking down and didn't see me. when in the police car I was asked if I knew. no was my answer to that question. I pointed out that there is CCTV in the van looking at the driver. then I asked the female officer if she saw me. her reply was no. so now it's his word against mine. I knew CPS wouldn't let this go to court. needless to say I received a warning and walked away. there isn't any CCTV. I was parked in traffic with the handbrake on. so completely safe.
