I contacted the BBB over them too. The thing is they say you have 30 days to cancel and I tried to cancel the very next day. They told me I needed to speak to someone and no one picks up the phone. It’s been weeks now and I know they will tell me the 30 days is up

Aroma 360 is a scam on MULTIPLE levels. They also make contracts with creators to produce content for them, and then disqualify their videos, dont pay them, and RUN ADS ON THE VIDEOS THEY DISQUALIFIED. then they take the videos to Meta, put ad spend behind them, make a ton of sales and never pay the creator. If you look them up, you’ll see the registered owner of the business is a lawyer too. SCAM ARTIST.

Primal Queen makes it difficult to cancel too. The cancel button is there but never works so u have to go through customer service via email. Obv no where near as bad as this but u should be able to cancel any of them easily

Proactive did some weird shit like this to me. They set up two subscription in my name, and set up an auto ship under both of those. I think they were hoping I wasn’t gonna see the second subscription. I raised H3LL and I definitely got my refund!!

Additionally their oils are crap. Whenever we used their oil, my wife and I would get sore throats and cough all the time when running it.
