omo people too sabi this music thing oo.. from all the comments ehnn.. the comments dey funny me... modulation is the process of changing from one key to another in the process of particular song or piece, and then returning back to the original key at the end of the song. while transposition simply means either changing the key of the song at the beginning or within the song, and not returning to the original key at the end of the song or piece

It’s the same thing: Transposing is just a key change before you start, and Modulation is a key change while you’re singing, and since I can use a 'Transpose' button to modulate mid-song, the distinction is basically irrelevant.
