I’d been so convinced that the best auto happiness was a secure job, safety in the corporate world, climb that ladder until retirement. But I was permanently stressed out, always exhausted. I remember taking my two weeks annual leave and flying abroad on holiday only to get sick by day 3… every time 🙈 it was my nervous system calming down. I felt like I lived on my adrenaline. Anyway menopause kicked my 🫏 and gave me a “F” it attitude- so I left my corporate job to follow my passion (that’s what they tell you right?) so I started a business where I designed & manufactured my own products and had a shop to sell it. I worked my socks off!! On the face of it, I looked successful, I made sales, everyone loved my products… but… When you have a physical business the running costs are massive!!! High rent, staff costs, raw materials, stock sitting on the shelf, packaging costs etc… I had to make thousands every month just to turn on the lights!! After 4 years of blood sweat and tears I failed and had to close. I was devastated and 60k in debt with no income coming in, my home at risk. It was horrible 😭 Thankfully I found this online business that I can run solo from home and only need to work 2-3 hrs a day. As a complete beginner I took some training and got to work!! 3 years later, I’m financially free and more valuable I’m time free.
