In the UK I’ve had issues with my GP even taking it seriously. They lied to my face and said it’s not something that’s offered on the NHS. I had to go private to get help.

Something that helped me post-treatment is treating ALL root causes (motility, stomach acid, etc.) as I didn’t know my specific root cause

Can I ask what your plan is specifically regarding how you are planning to improve your gut motility please?

Similar to me! Switched to a functional doctor & went carnivore short term & now low carb long term and it changed my life. I was low FODMAP for over a year before but it’s so damaging long term 💔

this is the most informative gut video i’ve ever watched, you’ve inspired me to focus more on my gut motility as opposed to the supplements i’ve been trying (berberine, oregano oil & l-glutamine.)

Motility should be addressed as the first step, things always should be moving first

Hey, I can relate to this and lots of useful info 👍🏽 thank you. I use L-glutamine for gut motility 👌🏽 I also use binders to collect the toxins 👍🏽 one of the best pieces of advise I found was to take a digestive enzyme first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. One of the biggest reason Cibo comes back is because of the Cibo bacteria 🦠 that’s protected by mucus which is its defence. Anti microbials only ever kill the bacteria on the surface but not the bacteria that’s coated in mucus. Digestive enzymes begin to work on the mucus so that the anti microbials can work more effectively. Hope that helps a little with ur journey 🙏🏽

Similar to me. When I look back at all the protocols I’ve done (+ the thousands ££ spent) I’ve realised I neglected 3 things - biofilms, motility, and a binding agent.

yes pain medication and antibiotics, same here. my doc had put me on a 8 weeks diet. so its getting better and better. I am not allowed dairy products from the cow, excpt butter, low GI index food to keep blood sugar contant, no red meat, no pig, no gluten, so I am eatim no bread at all, no fruits due to fruitsugar. very carefull with vegiss, they have to be cooked. I eat like carrots, zuccini, small sweert potatos, chicken in all forms, goat cheese, eggs is allowed and water&tea. he has a certain vitamin/mineral programm for me and I get Vitamin c infusions and detox theraphy atteached to it. so far slow but steady improvement. I do try new veg, carbs, protein , but I have to stick to no refained sugar or sweets or bad food. Pretty much I might be on a few month depending what doc sais, but its a hard road!! I wish all good successs and hopefully good doctors; its really an individual thing too. like also "gut feeling" doctor never knows 100% sure is this ganna work, i need to listen what my gur reacts, the sings are there :). so i will give it time. the overgrowth bad bacteria needs to eliminated. which I guess means always healthy food 😏

I've also had sibo for over 10 years. they kind of don't even want to test it. had crazy acid reflux every night. there's been a few things I've found that have helped. acid reflux is gone. but the bloating is there. look into B1 and b5 as well As pylopurge if you have h pylori. look at zinc and copper balance too. ( not a doctor- all depending on what the root cause is)
