Yes—but I’m worried about the logistics of transporting him to another city, as well as the costs involved: the surgery itself, hospitalization, and travel expenses. It will likely come to around $5000. Alternatively, we could simply ensure complete rest—confining him to a cage—and see if it heals that way. That would be the cheaper option.
