I teach catechism and I tell the kids when we do the sign of the cross to remember when we say “Father” and touch our forehead that we remember God’s words, “Son” and touch our heart that Jesus taught us how to love, and finally “Holy Spirit” touching shoulder to shoulder, the Holy Spirit is always around us.
