@savourycookingwithgayani: Let's all realize that a Stainless Steel pan is not automatically non-stick but can be treated to become non-stick temporarily. Heating up the pan to the correct temperature-known as the Liedenfrost effect before adding oil or food creates the non-stick surface. if you are using oil.. it isnt non stick. the oil makes it non stick 😂😂😂😂 nonstick implies no need for a lubricant like butter or oil
