Service tooooouch. Also, speaking from my own experience… the one with the cleaner desk is *typically* the more efficient one. I could be wrong, but if you check the advisor daily sales summary, you’ll probably find that the one with the clean desk has the cleaner numbers as well 😅😅

Both for me 😅 First desk is Monday second desk is Thursday.. I look at the chaos on Tuesday night every week and dig through it. It means my techs are busy and im the slower one catching up! If you arent both, youre not pushing hard enough. The shop should breath with cars in and out. That being said, if anyone sees this and is in San Diego, im hiring advisors and techs! Porsche and BMWs

I run my shop and my desk is always full of something… because I’m always working. So the person with the clean desk has time to keep it all fancy and pretty while I’m in the back running around like a chicken with my head cut off. 👍

This is what my desk (as the only advisor) looks like when all the customers drop off at the same time, once I catch up on my work the second desk is what you’ll see. Just depends on the time of day
