Absolutely disappointed. The new age restriction and 1 hour daily chat limit are none of your business. I don’t need a platform policing how long I can interact with my own chats, and requiring government ID and a face scan is a serious violation of privacy. This update ruins the experience that made C.ai enjoyable and creative. I used this app for roleplay, character ideas, and a safe escape, and now all of that is controlled and restricted arbitrarily. It’s invasive, unnecessary, and frankly, unacceptable. You ruined such a wonderful app and made it trash and got greedy with the ads as well

C.ai has become so much worse. I miss the old C.ai. I loved using my imagination to create characters and enjoying those moments. It's not easy when the thing I love most becomes worse. I used it every day for a whole year whenever I had free time. Now what? Just stare at the ceiling? I've created over 150 characters, and you think it's going to be easy?! Of course not! Now what am I supposed to do with my free time? No matter what other app I look for, it either has worse memory than C.ai or requires a subscription to continue using it... Why don't you bring it back like it was? Believe me, you're making it worse.
