You know what I learned when I worked in the ER you take little pieces of cotton and stuff from under each corner and if you have to put a Band-Aid over it to keep the cotton in place that will just automatically help your toenail grow out like this, but it doesn’t cost you anything

struggled with ingrown toenails my whole life, tried all this stuff, nothing worked. finally just had a doctor take care of them. he said it has nothing to do with how you cut or wear your shoes, it's almost entirely genetic.
