As a team leader dispatcher my 5 guys don’t want to get certified this past week I flagged 70hours in warranty work most of the time doing 3 software update at a time I would love to disperse it more but it falls on failed management for not holding them accountable for not taking e module or ase required by Toyota

NO TECHNICIAN SHOULD ALLOW ANYBODY TO FLAG THEIR TIMES FOR THEM.FLAT-RATE IS NOT A DISCRETIONARY PAY AND LABOR TIMES ARE ONLY WHAT A TECHNICIAN AGREES TO PRIOR TO TNE WORK BEING PERFORMED.I WENT 40 YEARS USING FLAG SHEETS KEPT BY ME,WITH CARBON COPIES AND LOCKED IN MY BOX.ONLY ONE REASON ANYBODY WANTS TO DO THAT ANY DIFFERENT!
