so I lost mine from doing everything you literally said and basically had REDS but I gained legit 20lbs and reduced my cortisol by like 15 points but I do have hypothyroidism and haven’t gotten it back yet. My estrogen and progesterone just won’t raise :/ do you have any tips/ insight as to what could be going on?

it was excessive academic stress and it has become a habbit to take stress whenever i hear anything studies related and i lose appetite so maybe indirectly undereating , less sleep cz of stress made me lose it😔
