it alwaysssss puts anti black or divisive comments at the top of a comment section. there could be 1000 comments, 10 of which are divisive, and those 10 would be at the top

I find this to be extremely disingenuous. I am Black American. Could it be that we have issues with a lot of issues with the "diaspora". Have you sat and had a conversation with a Black American to understand what is there issue? I am willing to have a transparent conversation with you if you want to get to the root of it.

While I agree that we are intentionally divided, I’m not sure if you’re aware that social media algorithms constantly push content to black Americans too. We see videos from from Africans and Black people living in the Caribbean islands and Europe, who say we have no culture and mock us for not knowing where our ancestors came from in Africa. Black people who live in Caribbean and South America commonly use the phrase “Me no black” because they don’t want to be associated with Black Americans. Black people from the Caribbean even bleach their skin because they don’t like their darker complexion. We are often mocked for celebrating our blackness and refusing to assimilate to white culture.

Gotta make this clear, the reason it’s being pushed is because more African Americans are reacting to the hate we’ve received. We set the trends and bring the hype on things. So now that we’re responding y’all only think the diaspora wars are new, but this separation has always been here.,

The algorithm, the bots, the people pushing anti African content for clout, it is all Trump era propaganda.

I agree. I will add that there have always been diaspora wars. It's just moreso in reverse now. Before it was Black Americans trying to label Non Black Americans as black while they were pushing back to proudly rep their culture/separating themselves (by distinguishing themselves as Dominican, Nigerian, British, etc.) We were pushing the message to them out of love and caution that in America .....you're seen as black (even if you're not) and they were saying NO I AM NOT for various reasons but a big one possibly being ethnic Anti Blackness. For the most part we were accepting and embracing them and I guess they didnt see it or want it. Noooowww they're saying they're Black and Black Americans are saying NO YOU'RE NOT mostly as a result of social media algorithms showing us they don't like us (be it true as a whole or majority or not), voting patterns, legislation and also understanding they sincerely wanted separation from the negative sterotypes and inclusion for the efforts, systems and opportunities our ancestors fought for/or that we have created. It's those issues, imo, impacting Pan Africanism. As it is primarily a Black American/African American agenda. It's under attack now for many reasons. I'm not sure if I'd simply blame the current admistration because these debates and wars were happening prior to them regaining the White House. May I also add I'd also caution against believing those who claim FBA are only this small minority. You don't have to like FBA but it is disrespectful to attack them, disparage them or separate them from Black Americans. I think the issue many have isn't with FBA (as a group) but with FBA who have a dilineation mindset (as a movement). Respectfully.

I saw it on twitter a couple of years ago with folks saying they weren’t slaves or black Americans so I’m not sure if an anti-pan African push is new these days.
