Thank you Jess. I am probably old enough to be your mum but I tell my 33 yr old daughter all the time. Love yourself. My wrinkles were earned by laughter and tears, my tummy is loose from giving birth to two beautiful children , my teeth are my own even tho not bright white. ( btw no one had bright white teeth) , my boobs are plus size but i still have them (no cancer , no mastectomy. ). Love yourself. Be grateful and enjoy every moment of life. Enjoy every taste of food and drink and most importantly be happy and find joy in the simple pleasures in this lifetime. You are an inspiration to your followers 🙏🦋🥰💕

At 60 I realized my body has been so good to me. Now and 67 I’m even more grateful. It has gotten me this far. 3 children, on no RX medication and able to enjoy my family and life. I LOVE what my body has done for me and continues to do. Never been what everyone thinks is thin but man I’m enjoying it!!!

Im 54 this year and have only been happy with my body a few times since I was 18 years old. I've had 3 c sections and breast fed 3 babies, the apron belly, the scars, the stretch marks, the saggy boobs, and they are my medals, my reminder of the beautiful babies I carried, the outlines of the little feet that kicked when I was carrying them and the babies my body was able to feed & nourish during pregnancy and after for between 15 to 22 months with each baby. We all have our own "body" stories but instead of being negative we should be positive towards our bodies for the beauty they are and for all that they have accomplished. You are a beautiful person Jess and so long as you're accepting of your body that's all that matters x
