The comments on the Oklahoma classroom disruption reel raised some really important questions. Two themes came up again and again: 1. Many teachers said their state already has systems like this—but the real issue is implementation. 2. Questions around IEPs and IDEA protections. state policies don’t override federal protections under IDEA.
