For me... I use a resistance band and you should be doing it morning and night. resistance training with bands has changed my body, honey! I do more than 25... like 3 sets of 20.

I just purchased it. I’m 54 and want to be toned and also have shoulder and arm pain - which causes me to get stiff. Hoping it helps with these issues. Plan on using it at the nurses station while I’m in between patient care and charting.
