Honestly I don't hate the idea of if a company replaces a traditionally human position with a robot, then they should have to pay an equivalent income tax

If a company wants to be completely or almost completely automated, they they need to contribute a certain percentage of their income to the universal basic income fund.

I've been saying this for so long! The company who replaces the human worker with ai (robot) should be required to pay taxes that the human was paying. it will still be cheaper than paying the worker. Even if they paid more tax than the human was paying, still cheaper for the company and we all benefit from them paying taxes.

I’ve been saying this! Tbh they should be paying full minimum wage hours to the gov for each robot, to help pay for the increase unemployment
